Welcome to the Community Youth Development Association (CYDA), providers of the NFL Flag Football League for Metropolitan Orlando.

NFL Flag Football League for Metropolitan Orlando is a program offered by the Community Youth Development Association, a subsidy of The Helpful Hands Foundation (THHF). We pride ourselves in bringing good quality fun with integrity to the community.  NFL, Arena League, semi-pro and college football players partner with us in teaching the youth fundamentals of football.  On occasion we also invite business leaders from the community to help with life skills teaching.  The Helpful Hands Foundation is a 501 (c) (3), not-for-profit organization. All registrations are made to THHF and are tax deductible donations.

It is our intent to provide the highest quality self-esteem building and educational sports programs for youth in the community that all families can afford. CYDA programs provide an outlet for youth where they can learn life-skills, develop conflict resolution skills and learn as well as practice healthy living habits in a controlled environment.
